On the 3-5 June the GSR (Global Symposium for Regulators) was held
in Bahrain. The event gathered together regulators, policy makers,
industry leaders and ICT stakeholders with the purpose of providing a
neutral platform of discussion, where different point of views on the
major ICT issues could be debated.
Under
the main theme of “ Capitalising on the potential of Digital World”
participants were able to discuss the benefits of ICT and the need of
improvement of a smart and effective regulation in many fields.
